Return & Exchange Policy

At shopfirstfashion.com, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Pakistani apparel, footwear, and accessories. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange,your item must be:

  • Unworn, Unwashed, and Unused: The item must be in its original, pristine condition with all tags attached.
  • In its Original Packaging: This includes any garment bags, shoe boxes, or accessory boxes, which must be undamaged.
  • Not a Sale or Clearance Item: Please note that items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or "Clearance" are typically not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • Returned Promptly: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons,the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Undergarments
  • Altered or Custom-made Items (e.g., outfits stitched to specific measurements provided by you)
  • Makeup & Beauty Products

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Step 1:  Contact us within the 14-day window. Please email us at firstfashionruwi@gmail.com with your:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos of the item (if applicable, especially for defective items)

Step 2: We will respond with a Return authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Pays-Return: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Free Return/Exchange for Faulty Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, our error (wrong item sent), or a damaged item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for adifferent size or color, subject to availability. Please indicate your desired size/color in your initial email.

If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method, as per your preference.

6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item,we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Store Credit: You may opt to receive your refund as store credit, which will be issued instantly as a voucher code for future use.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We carefully check all orders before they are shipped.However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will apologize profusely and arrange for a free return, exchange, or full refund immediately.
