Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services to all locations within the Sultanate of Oman. This includes all governorates: Muscat, Dhofar, Musandam, Al Buraimi, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Dhahirah, Al Batinah North, Al Batinah South, Ash Sharqiyah North, and Ash Sharqiyah South.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within[1-4] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes: We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Within Muscat Governorate: [2-4] business days
- To Other Governorates: [3-5] business days
Please note: These time frames are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions).

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location within Oman.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over [30 OMR].

Standard Rate: Orders below [40 OMR] will incur a flat shipping fee of [2 OMR].
Things to Note for a Successful Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including building number, street name, and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- A contact number must be provided. Our delivery partner will call you to confirm the delivery location and time.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the package, the driver will leave a notice. The package will be held at a local depot, and you will need to contact the courier to rearrange delivery. Additional fees for redelivery may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages: shopfirstfashion.com not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue with our shipping partner. Please inspect your package upon receipt. If there is any visible damage to the box, please note it upon delivery or take a picture before accepting it.
